That doesn't look like an authoritative download source. What's the app's home page? Is it from http://www.kuwo.cn ?
Hi Kegel, http://www.kuwo.cn is the app's home page. And the download url I have added is the same as you download it from http://down.kuwo.cn/kwsing/KwSing.exe now. I just download and upload it to dropbox.
