reproduce follow this:
0. download it 
md5sum QQMusic2012Beta2.exe 
c1cf6932c7f39cec9963e41e58120f4d  QQMusic2012Beta2.exe
1. 'wine QQMusic2012Beta2.exe' it will crashes wine.

I found there is a workaround: 'winetricks -q wininet'
