An warning dialog says: "The current ini file is from a newer version of setup.exe. If you have any trouble installing, please download a fresh version from http://www.cygwin.com/setup.exe" After that, an error dialog says: " Parse Errors http://mirros.163.com/cygwin//setup.bz2 line 1221: syntax error, unexpected STRING http://mirros.163.com/cygwin//setup.bz2 line 1221: unrecognized line 1221 (do you have the latest setup?) ...
