[Bug 41145] Civilization IV - Previously working normally now crashes mid game

Possibly 1.9.13 trying to infer that from my saved games and update history in
Software Center. Definitely in 1.9.12 as that was the version I had when i
updated everyone on my success in getting it to run in the first place.
