Zeeshan, do NOT reply to wine-bugs.  Post here in Bugzilla.  Email read:

"Hello!

I have also windows vista installed on my pc and i copied riched20.dll from
windows/system32 directory to .wine/drive c/windows/system32 and SQL YOG
starts working now, so riched20.dll is either corrupt or missing in wine
0.9.54, please fix this issue.
