[Bug 52000] EA Desktop still fails to install

Louis, i found the issue. My system is set to French language.

If i run the installer with "wine EAappInstaller.exe", it crashes like i
explained before.

Now if i use this command : "LC_ALL=en_US.utf8 wine EAappInstaller.exe", the
installation works.

Reconfigure locales on my system to add "en_US" does not fix the issue.
