[Bug 48006] Final Fantasy XIV Launcher stuck on splash screen

Confirmed that the 7.21 launcher is once again stuck on the splashscreen, with
an msedgewebview2.exe task spinning at 100% CPU (doing nothing other than
Sleep(0) from what WINEDEBUG=+relay shows, haven't dug deeper to figure out
why).

Back to the drawing board, it seems...
