[Bug 12209] Microsoft FileFormatConverter.exe does not work

I installed it with PPT Viewer 2003, but it does't 'see' pptx files. Have you
tested this in windows? Do you still run pptviewer 2003, or do you run
PPCNVCOM.EXE (this one fails to run because of missing t2embed.dll, haven't
investigated that one yet, not near a windows box).
