[Bug 25476] MS Office Pro 2010 Trial: setup.exe is started when starting installed apps if Outlook is installed

I still have the wineprefix that I got to work by not installing Outlook, and
that one still works--Word, Excel, and Powerpoint all start up without
setup.exe starting. But now I'm unable to reproduce that in another wineprefix;
as you say, the installer starts even without Outlook installed. I'm not sure
what's going on.
