[Bug 31848] Printing from command line not implemented in Wordpad

No change in Wine 1.7.33 except 64-bit installers don't invoke Wordpad at all
(or this fails) and so no dialog is printed. This might be a separate issue.

Also wordpad remains in memory after displaying the dialog rather than exiting.
Not sure if this is a regression but will check in a bit.
