[Bug 56217] Paint Shop Pro 9.01, "learning center" dialog box cannot be closed with built-in gdiplus

I'm not seeing any gdiplus traces when attempting to close the learning center
window. In fact, the only gdiplus trace I see is DllMain.

It seems like this may just be a matter of closing any modal dialogs first?
After closing some other windows, I was also able to close that one by clicking
the X.
