Does the attached patch help (in addition to all the previous stuff, I hope it still applies ^^)? It should theoretically solve the problem, but I am not really glad yet about the way it is implemented. We can handle write-watches, but we still can't properly use __TRY/__EXCEPT blocks in APCs.
