[Bug 30102] ieframe/webbrowser test often crashes

Yeah, I can't reproduce it (it just ran 20 times in a row without a problem).
Given that the crash is in wininet, such bugs tend to be dependent on network
connection. Could you please generate ieframe,mshtml,urlmon,wininet,seh,tid
logs.
