I see the same in wine-4.17-126-g15bf3eee2c.

Console does show:
0043:fixme:wmic:wmain command line switch L"/?" not supported

now. I changed wmic/main.c to return 0 for unsupported commands, it then gets
slightly further, printing:
0051:fixme:findstr:wmain stub: L"C:\\windows\\System32\\findstr.exe" L"/?"
