The small icons on IE8's content advisor dialog show a black background instead
of transparent as expected. winetricks comctl32 works around it. The same 
problem exists in 1.2.2 and 1.1.25.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install either manually or with winetricks
2. wine control inetcpl.cpl
3. Go to the content tab and click the enable button in the content advisor
section
