Hey, thanks. It does fix the problem with NVIDIA.

However, with ATI + fglrx, if I disable GLSL, the game will render nothing but
a black screen. With GLSL enabled it will "work" at 7 fps, while the same
machine in windows runs it at 30+ fps.

It's so sad how ati / amd / fglrx / catalyst drivers are still crap after all
these years.
