[Bug 22840] Screen resolution changes when it shouldn't in Anarchy Online

It looks like the second case (when lauching the game itself) actually occurs
when still within the launcher, after clicking the "Launch" button, but before
starting the game itself.  This was determined by still seeing the problem
despite there being a pre-game warning about multiple game instances running.
