the backtrace

When running cpu-z on the arm64 platform with arm64ec mode, the rpcrt4 crashed
by visiting invalid address.
tried build rpcrt4 as arm64ec_x64 mode but failed also.

Running on x64 PC seen fine and no crash occurred.
