[Bug 29171] Internet Explorer 3.02 shows a cut off message when removing a registered file type

ie3 has disappeared from Winetricks and I cannot install manually.

Tried extracting IE3 but Wine insists on using internal iexplore no matter what
I do.

WINEDLLOVERRIDES=iexplore=n wine /tmp/iexplore.exe

This is blocked unless someone can get IE3 installed?
