Retested the application with the newer Wine versions. From 1.3.19 onwards the
mouse cursor actually does not flicker, in accordance with what Stefan
reported. However the bug is not fixed, after a short while in movement it
jumps back a little in the direction where it came and it's still hard to use
it. The behavior is still exclusive to the use of a touchpad.
