Hello,

creating a bug report with a summary stating "multiple issues" will get the bug
closed as 'invalid' next time (guidelines, try again).

Obviously a Wine-Mono problem, works fine here with .NET Framework 2.0 in
32-bit WINEPREFIX (fancy start menu).

$ sha1sum SyMenu.zip 
e360acdb286b8163d84d6d0eee058fc6eae93392  SyMenu.zip

$ du -sh SyMenu.zip 
2.0M    SyMenu.zip

$ wine --version
wine-1.7.46
