small and relevant (hopefully) part of WINEDEBUG=+all


OK, another trace this time +all. I know that developers don't like to see it,
but it's cca 210 lines and the problematic one "err:seh" is on line 199. Could
you have a quick look Roderick and sugest whose fault it is, when not DIB?
