ntdll:sync - test_tid_alert() gets alerted instead of timing out on macOS:

sync.c:807: Test failed: got 0x101

Where 0x101 == STATUS_ALERTED
      0x102 == STATUS_TIMEOUT

The failure is systematic and only happens macOS (see Remi's rbernon-macos-*
cloud test machines).
