Yes, the transforms are core RandR (and I'm just nobody, so somebody should
step up to update compholio's work). 

But then there's the other "limited resolutions" patch in staging too (which
despite the name is supposedly about wrong refresh rates with TwinView enabled)
that was disabled in 2015 for both licensing and dependency linking worries. Go
figure.
