[Bug 3051] UNIX path names are not translated correctly and cause some applications to fail

I'm seeing something similar on FreeBSD 5-STABLE and wine 0.9 (from ports) 

This is what I do: 

$ wine "C:\DeusEx\System\DeusEx.exe" 
wine: Unhandled exception (thread 0009), starting debugger... 
fixme:msvcrt:_spawnve :not translating name /usr/local/bin/wine to locate 
program 
err:winedbg:main Invalid event handle: 0x40 

Note: there is no spaces in the Folder/exe-name.
