[Bug 20949] Native d3dx9_27.dll causes crash on save load

After testing with the latest git sources, the crash does not occur, and using
the native d3dx9_27.dll works without issue.

Tested using a fresh ~/.wine with both the Ubuntu 1.1.34 .deb and latest git
sources.
