[Bug 13068] saga can't log in, complains "Server Not responding"

It seems like I have to use all the dlls I mentioned.  I'll keep testing one at
a time.  This takes a while since once I log out, I can't log back in for a
little bit.  I'm not sure what causes that.  I believe it is my sound.  Please
also make sure you are opening the ports on your firewall that I mentioned.  If
I don't have those opened I can't log in at all.
