[Bug 14186] Morrowind stucks for 3-5seconds during background music change (in combat)

Bug was there right from the beginning. After days of playing the game started
freezing completely after a few music changes in addition to the 3-5second
stops.

Using native quartz.dll finally solved the problem for me. (deleting music
folder wasn't an option ;-)
