Instead, the installer runs for me and I evntually get a MSVC error dialog and an msi error in the terminal: err:msi:ACTION_CallDllFunction GetProcAddress(L"GetWebInfo") failed Before installation, I'm running winetricks dotnet40 win7 There's a winediag error about missing odbc drivers, but jet40 and mdac28 don't help.
