The Wine team have better things to do than make the site compatible with smartphones that are not supported by Wine in the first place. Users are expected to be using a computer.
Perhaps for smartphones (but Samsung Android ;-) ), but I used (and sometimes still use) the ASUS 701 netbook where wine is supported by many Linux distributions. Now, this issue is fixed using Firefox 6 or 7. So I close.
