I just wish I could find a tidy solution to reading MSRs.

When I initially asked for wine_mknod() I felt it was a reasonable work-a-round
to Wine being unable to run my driver in kernel mode.  This far more effort has
been put into refusing to do this than it would have taked to actually add
wine_mknod() !
