i think not copy of bug.
screen seems received from Nvidia videocard, an this bug related to ATI (AMD)
Radeon

my 2900XT is now not working (dead) ... i buy new simple videocard.
checked Gothic 3 at new Ubuntu 9.04\ Radeon 3450\ wine 1.1.25
Game cannot started - i see ONLY splash screen
