[Bug 27240] Paint Shop Photo Pro X3 Trial doesn't install

There is a new version of "Paint Shop Pro" out there: Paint Shop Pro X4. The
new trial version doesn't install either.

The trial can be downloaded from:
http://www.corel.com/corel/product/index.jsp?pid=prod4220093&storeKey=us

I will also add an entry to the AppDB.
