I don't see the message anymore with the patch, but it doesnt go into game or
main menu.

I get these a lot

err:ddraw:d3d_device3_GetRenderState Unexpected texture stage state setup,
returning D3DTBLEND_MODULATE - likely erroneous.

I tried with staging too, the same.
