you are right! Sound is working now.
With wine 3.10 things are ok. 
I filed Bug #45751 for the other
issues.

I'll try your tip with Far Cry 4 and
get back you you. There is alot of
conflicting advise concerned the 
term 'xact'. I'm assuming it is a
dll.  Can anyone clear the air?
