I removed pulseaudio from my Ubuntu system here and now I have sound again in Wine. I don't really love that I had remove pulseaudio since I'm not entirely sure where it was making a positive difference. Nevertheless, I have sound again. This was an invalid ticket. How could I have figured this out before? There must have been an FAQ or something that I ought to have read?
