I see some HLSL shader parsing errors and I am sure that installing the native version of d3dcompiler_43 would work around those errors.
The original backtrace shows native d3dcompiler_43 is in use so you're probably seeing a different issue.
Does the game work on current Wine with native d3dcompiler_43?
