[Bug 20612] MIME types still added even if winemenubuilder is disabled

Though I don't do that. The reason I disable MIME integration is because I
install a ton of stuff daily (winetrickstest runs every winetricks verb), and I
don't want a ton of this stuff installed. I disable winemenubuilder.exe in
~/.bashrc, and wine should respect that.
