Wine is not an operating system and doesn't implement the "Windows kernel" infrastructure needed to support various kind of hardware driver classes. Although the user "joaopa" (comment #2) pointed you to some USB project resources, be aware these projects live outside of Wine and support only very simple (non-stacked) kernel drivers. The design is not suitable with more complex hardware drivers. As general advice: don't buy hardware which is not supported by Linux (kernel). Wine can't help you with that.
