Oh, and I forgot to mention. When wine fails to find the cab file because it
hasn't queries the right HTTP server, it then outputs the HTTP 404 Not Found
Response as the contents of the cab file. That's why we see:

err:cabinet:FDICopy FDIIsCabinet failed.
