I can reproduce this even with wine 3.17. Given that, and since the program
wasn't exactly "fixed" even then, I'm going to go ahead and remove the
regression tag from this one.

Note for those reproducing, the program demands a 32-bit prefix, and also
requires an older version of Windows (XP is enough).
