Yes and No.

When I drop the wininet.dll into the program folder, and set wininet.dll to
native, builtin it does not update what is archived and what is not in my BN
account.  However it does uncover more bugs that were not appearing before
meaning that it is the gateway bug that was blocking the other problems I
believe.
