[Bug 18768] Madden NFL 08 regression: program doesn't start

This regression was fixed in 1.3.8.  Also still working in 1.3.9.

For the curious, the "err:d3d_surface:surface_prepare_system_memory Surface
without memory or pbo has SFLAG_INSYSMEM set!" message is no longer output when
you start the program.  Also if you are interested, I've attached a small file
with the output that is now displayed.
