[Bug 26339] MSXML, HTTPS GET don't work

Doesn't work.. I increased sample timeout to 60 seconds (in case it's just
slow) but it shows timeout after 60 seconds.

And I must correct what I wrote before. Native msmxl6 DOES also help.

So there are 2 workarounds. Native wininet OR msxml6
