Hello Mike,

you obviously have a tainted/broken WINEPREFIX with multiple native overrides.

There error is the result from using a *native* 'wininet.dll' which doesn't
have this Windows XP+ API.

You either did 'winetricks wininet' or some 'winetricks ie6/7/8' recipe at one
time, which breaks the prefix, making this bug automatically invalid.

Don't install native overrides unless they are absolutely required and you know
what you are doing.
