Likely unrelated to this regression, but still interesting to fix:

016c:err:actctx:next_xml_elem wrong closing element L"assembly" for
L"dependency"
016c:fixme:actctx:parse_manifest_buffer failed to parse manifest
L"D:\\Hayoola\\HayoolaClient.exe"

I'll take a look.

If you're able to, please perform regression test between 5.13 and 5.19, as
described here https://wiki.winehq.org/Regression_Testing.
