[Bug 53812] Text does not show in Some APPs with native wine7.19

I find in dlls/gdi32/"BOOL WINAPI ExtTextOutW" successfully got the

> count = 23

But after BIDI_Reorder processing，the str became NULL,and acquired by
NtGdiExtTextOutW.

Is this the reason why it can't be output normally?
