Just tried with new prefix and git was updated this AM.

WINEPREFIX=/home/paul/.winewinoccult wineprefixcreate
WINEPREFIX=/home/paul/.winewinoccult wine msiexec /a occult36.msi 

Almost same error but I have not done a make distclean in a few weeks.
