Install Life is Feudal Your Own however you wish.  I installed using steamcmd

./steamcmd.sh +(a)sSteamCmdForcePlatformType windows +login [yourlogin]
+force_install_dir ./LifeIsFeudal +app_update 290080 validate

Navigate to _CommonRedist
Install all packages from DirectX and vcrunredist
Should be a Total of 5 Packages
Launch yo_cm_client.exe

Crash with error see attached backtrack.txt
