[Bug 42845] Hearthstone crashes at loading screen

Installing dotnet40 using winetricks worked for me (Fedora 25, upstream
winetricks). 

Winetricks URLs for dotnet were not working for me earlier and when I tried
manually installing the dotnet exe with the wine command it did not work (they
didn't set the correct library overrides?).
